It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome chef in residence David Salt with the Drifter's Solace Team!
Born in Toronto, David grew up in Canada, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates. After completing culinary school in Toronto, he moved to London to pursue the opportunities that Europe had to offer.
He worked in a number of establishments during his 14 years in the UK, culminating in his position as Head Chef at Pascal Aussignac’s one Michelin-starred Club Gascon in London. He returned home to Canada in summer 2018.
